Whether you're seeking to visit distinct thermal areas, spot wildlife, or appreciate the rugged landscapes, we have a trip tailored to your preferences. Our SUV tours offer the ultimate Yellowstone experience.  Due to the customization of our tours, no two of our Safari tours are alike. However, depending on your group's preferneces, we could spend the day covering the full north loop, south loop, or focusing on a specific area of the park.

These tours are private and personalized, ensuring that your group has an exclusive tour that allows you to immerse yourself in The Park.  Years of experience in Yellowstone allow us to get you to lesser known places, optimize your day in the park, and transport your group so you can enjoy every minute! Your guide will contact you before your tour to plan the ideal day based on your group's interests.

Yellowstone is a vast park with a plethora of sights to see. We can assist you in reaching the locations and sites that intrigue you the most, or we can curate a perfect day if you're unsure where to begin.

Let's Roam!

• Yellowstone is a huge park! Choose between a tour of Yellowstone's north loop, south loop or choose to focus our day in a specific area of the park. Your guide will help you choose which option is best if you aren't sure! Book two or more days if you want to ensure you see the whole park. Trust me, its impossible to see it all in one day.
• This tour can be as mellow or as active as you want! We can spend the day seeing the park's hihglights and staying near the vehicle, we can do multiple shorter hikes in different areas through out the day or a combination of these.
• We Always plan to spend more time OUT of the vehicle than in it during our trips to the park.
• We offer pick-up & drop-off service in Bozeman, Big Sky Meadow Village, West Yellowstone, Livingston, and Gardiner as well as Madison Junction and Mammoth Hot Springs inside Yellowstone. If you are not staying in one of these towns, we can meet you at or near any of these locations!
• Pickup may be available out of our pickup areas for an additional fee, please inquire.
• Start time is dependent on pick up location.
• Tours last 8-12 hours from pick up to dropoff depending on pick up location.
• We spend about 8 hours inside Yellowstone.

• Pick-up and Drop-off service from your lodging *see "things to know" 
• We use a Ford Explorer and can fit 6 passengers
• Healthy and locally made lunches - With a full menu to order from
• Flavored seltzer water and other beverages
• High powered spotting scopes, Binoculars, Infrared Thermometer for hydrothermal areas, map and compass tutorial if desired

• Entrance fee for Yellowstone is not included.
• You must e-sign an Acknowledgement of Risk form or sign one when we pick you up.
• No pets or firearms allowed.
• We do not have baby seats available for use, you must bring your own if you have an infant.
• Not recommended for participants with heart conditions or pregnant women - at your discretion, call your doctor if you are unsure!
• Not handicap accessible.  
• All groups must be accompanied by an adult.

In the unlikely event that a trip must be cancelled by the provider - Roam Yellowstone Guiding - (due to weather, equiptment failure, emergencies, etc.) you will recieve a full refund of the tour price paid to Roam Yellowstone Guiding. Other travel expenses are not reimbursed.

Enhanced Cancellation Policy (most flexible):  Receive a 95% refund of the tour price for cancellations made before 8:00am the day BEFORE the tour date (approx. 24 hrs in advance).  This option must be checked and paid for during the booking checkout.

Example: You Safari Tour is booked for July 27th. You have a family emergency come up and need to cancel. If you bought enhanced terms at checkout, you can cancel before 8:00am on July 26th and recieve a 95% refund of the tour price - no questions asked. The enhanced cancellation fee ($95) is non refundable.

Standard Cancellation Policy (less flexible): A 25% down payment is collected at the time of booking which is refundable if cancelled over 1 year before the tour.

A 75% refund is given for cancellations greater than 2 week before the tour date. 

No refund is given for cancellations within 2 weeks of the tour date.
